- Listings typically contain pictures of both mature specimens in my collection, and example specimens similar to the one you will receive. Unless listed as WYSIWYG, the plant in the ad is likely not the exact specimen you will receive. Pay attention to the size descriptor, which gives you an approximate size based on the species typical size. First pictures are typically type specimens, with last pictures being closer to what you will receive
- Plants will likely receive some form of damage from shipping. This is necessary to keep the shipment secure, and with proper care, your plant should recover. We ship plants with the greatest care we can to avoid as much damage as possible. All plants shipped bare root unless other wise stated. Please have appropriate pots and media prepared prior to ordering
- Sundews and similar plants will lose dew on leaves in shipment. This will return on old or new leaves
- Please do proper research on the species you're acquiring from multiple sources before you purchase. We are not responsible for death of plants as a result of improper care
- Winter shipping: Please select the winter shipping option to ensure your order gets sent with a heat pack(s), if freezing temperatures are expected in the next 2 weeks. We cannot guarantee safety of shipments during the winter, purchase at your own risk
- We recommend against shipping during extreme cold spells. We are not responsible for watching the weather in your region, so please wait until weather is suitable for shipping
- Shipping available within Canada only. In rare cases additional fees may apply to remote locations. You will be notified if this is the case
